BIBLE STUDIES
SPRING PLAYBOOK
This spring, coaches in our Bible studies will be studying our new book on Epehsians "Destined for Greatness." Our playbooks utilize the inductive Bible study method (for self-study) and are designed specifically for coaches. They come with true coaching stories and helpful study notes full of illustrations from sports.
These playbooks are FREE to any coach participating in a study at their school. To start a Coaches Outreach Bible study at your school, contact us today.
CURRENT BIBLE STUDY LOCATIONS
Coaches Outreach has a unique system for starting and maintaining Bible studies which use our own original, coaching-specific Bible study curriculum. If you desire a study in your area, please contact us. We place such a high value on the ministry of coaching, even if you are the only coach who desires a Bible study, we will do our best to get one started. Please call (214) 654-0042 or email Robert at robert@coachesoutreach.org for more information.
We currently have studies in 12 states with more being added every semester. Check the listing below to locate a study near you. If you'd like to start a new Bible study at your school, click HERE and fill out the "Contact Us" form. Someone will be in touch with you shortly.

What Coaches Say about Our Bible Studies
"Coaches Outreach provides a wonderful motivation to coaches and wives. It reinforces why we were chosen to be in this great profession called coaching."
- Sam Harrell, Head Football, Ennis High School, Ennis, TX
"The coaching profession can consume you with its worldly demands to win. It is easy to lose focus on the daily Christian opportunity to influence, guide, and witness. The football coaches at Trinity look forward to Thursday mornings when our Bible study teacher leads us in God's word. I always feel like I have been guided back on track after our Thursday Coaches Outreach sessions. When you know Tommy Maxwell and the Coaches Outreach people, there is no doubt the motives of Coaches Outreach. They are helping coaches with their walk with the Lord, and therefore, helping our young people in the best possible way."
- Steve Lineweaver, Head Football Coach, Trinity High School, Euless, TX
"Our CO Bible study keeps us strengthened in our faith. At times we do get worn down, but the true rewards of witnessing young people succeed are well worth all of our efforts. As a coach, we have the most awesome responsibility to our young people to provide Christian leadership for their lives. We always remind our players that accepting Jesus Christ as their savior is the most important lesson that they can learn from athletics. The impact that a positive coach has is immeasurable, because that coach has the ability to be a parent figure to a student."
- Kyle Story, AD/Head Football, Decatur High School, Decatur, TX
"I'm not just a coach; I'm the son of an Oklahoma Hall of Fame coach and the father of sons who coach. Coaches Outreach is a ministry with a great reputation that understands the dynamic role coaches play in society. Their Bible studies always penetrate the heart and bring my staff closer together."
- Bill Blankenship, former Head Coach, Tulsa Union HS; Receivers Coach,
"I can't help but think that if I would have had the opportunity to participate in this Bible study when I was a young coach, how much better a coach I may have been, not to mention a better person."
- Rick Antle, 8 Man Football OK Coaches Association Hall of Fame
“The Coaches Outreach Bible study is an awesome study. Our group has really enjoyed the in-depth look at Kings. It is amazing how God has used this study to teach us about leadership, and how it parallels the job we have daily with our athletes and staff. Thanks for introducing this ministry to Owasso."
- "Fred" Kirk Fridrich, Head Football Coach, Tulsa Union HS
